Use only media, likenesses and voices you own or have permission to use. Do not create impersonation, fraud, exploitation, illegal or harmful content. AI results may be inaccurate; review names, dates, claims and permissions before publishing.

Your account is personal. Keep your password private. Generation costs are displayed before submission; credits are reserved for processing and returned when the service marks a charged job as failed. The credit ledger shows charges and refunds. Provider charges and customer credits are different.

Services depend on network and provider availability. Do not submit duplicate paid jobs while a request is pending. Report unsafe results from the app. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Support and payment disputes: sumitgroupsindia@gmail.com. Account deletion requests can be submitted from Account or aisumit.online/delete-account.html. Deletion is reviewed by support and does not by itself settle a disputed payment.

पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखें। वीडियो बनाने से पहले दिखाए क्रेडिट प्रोसेस के लिए आरक्षित होते हैं। सेवा द्वारा असफल घोषित शुल्क वाले काम के क्रेडिट लौटाए जाते हैं। इस्तेमाल और वापसी का हिसाब अकाउंट में देखें। प्रदाता का खर्च और ग्राहक के क्रेडिट अलग हैं।

नेटवर्क और प्रदाता की उपलब्धता पर सेवा निर्भर है। काम चलने के दौरान बार-बार भुगतान वाला अनुरोध न भेजें। गलत सामग्री की शिकायत ऐप में करें। उपभोक्ता के कानूनी अधिकार प्रभावित नहीं होते।

Payments & credits / भुगतान और क्रेडिट

The website offers digital AI services. Prices are in INR and the plan card shows credits and validity before purchase. The administrator selects PhonePe or Cashfree for new purchases. Payment confirmation is verified by the server before credits are added. A browser return or screenshot alone is not payment confirmation. Existing payment checks continue through the original gateway. Plans do not renew automatically.

वेबसाइट डिजिटल एआई सेवाएँ देती है। खरीदने से पहले प्लान की रुपये में कीमत, क्रेडिट और वैधता देखें। Admin नए भुगतान के लिए PhonePe या Cashfree चुनता है। सर्वर से पुष्टि के बाद क्रेडिट जुड़ते हैं। केवल स्क्रीनशॉट या वापस खुला पेज भुगतान की पुष्टि नहीं है। पुराने भुगतान की जाँच उसी gateway से होती है। प्लान अपने-आप renew नहीं होते।
