AI outputs are delivered digitally in your account. No physical shipping applies. Processing times depend on the job and provider availability.

For a failed charged generation, service credits are returned when the job is marked failed. This is a credit refund, not a bank refund. If payment was deducted but credits were not received, check Payment history first and contact support with the order ID, date and amount. Do not send passwords, card details, CVV or UPI PIN.

Duplicate, disputed or incorrect payments and cancellation requests are reviewed by support. Any approved money refund is processed through the original payment method; gateway and bank processing times apply. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

सेवा डिजिटल है; कोई सामान courier से नहीं भेजा जाता। असफल घोषित शुल्क वाले generation के क्रेडिट लौटते हैं—यह बैंक रिफंड नहीं है। पैसे कटे लेकिन क्रेडिट नहीं मिले तो Payment history जाँचें और order ID, तारीख व रकम के साथ सहायता लें। Password, CVV या UPI PIN न भेजें।

दोबारा, गलत या विवादित भुगतान और रद्द करने के अनुरोध सहायता टीम जाँचती है। मंजूर धन-वापसी मूल भुगतान माध्यम से होगी; बैंक और gateway का समय लागू होता है। आपके कानूनी अधिकार बने रहते हैं।
