We process account name, email, registration phone number, authentication records, prompts, selected uploads, generated results, credit entries and payment references to provide and support the service. Only files you select or capture are uploaded; the app does not scan your gallery or contacts.

Selected prompts, images, audio or video are sent to the configured AI services needed for the requested feature, including OpenAI/Google and HeyGen for avatar generation. The registration phone number is kept in the first-party account system for administration and is not included in AI generation requests. Payment checkout may process its own payment information.

Data is stored on the service server and relevant processing providers. Content remains available in your account until removed or handled under a deletion request. Camera captures also use temporary app storage. Uninstalling does not delete your server account.

Request account and associated-data deletion in Account or at aisumit.online/delete-account.html. Support verifies ownership, removes service data and requests relevant provider deletion. Necessary financial, fraud-prevention or legally retained records may remain; support will explain applicable retention when handling the request. सेवा के लिए नाम, ईमेल, रजिस्ट्रेशन मोबाइल नंबर, लॉगिन रिकॉर्ड, प्रॉम्प्ट, चुनी फाइलें, परिणाम, क्रेडिट हिसाब और भुगतान संदर्भ इस्तेमाल होते हैं। केवल आपके चुने या कैमरे से लिए मीडिया का अपलोड होता है; पूरी गैलरी या संपर्क नहीं पढ़े जाते।

काम के अनुसार प्रॉम्प्ट/मीडिया संबंधित एआई सेवा, जैसे OpenAI/Google और अवतार के लिए HeyGen, को भेजे जाते हैं। रजिस्ट्रेशन मोबाइल नंबर अपने अकाउंट सिस्टम में प्रशासन के लिए रहता है; एआई generation अनुरोध में नहीं भेजा जाता। भुगतान सेवा अपनी जरूरी भुगतान जानकारी ले सकती है।

डेटा अपने सर्वर और संबंधित प्रोसेसिंग प्रदाताओं पर रहता है। कैमरे की फाइल ऐप के अस्थायी स्टोरेज में भी रहती है। ऐप हटाने से सर्वर अकाउंट नहीं हटता।

अकाउंट और उससे जुड़े डेटा हटाने का अनुरोध अकाउंट स्क्रीन या aisumit.online/delete-account.html से करें। सहायता टीम पहचान जाँचकर डेटा हटाती है और संबंधित प्रदाता से हटाने का अनुरोध करती है। जरूरी भुगतान, धोखाधड़ी रोकथाम या कानूनी रिकॉर्ड रखे जा सकते हैं; लागू अवधि सहायता टीम बताएगी। संपर्क: sumitgroupsindia@gmail.com।

Payment privacy / भुगतान की गोपनीयता

The registration mobile number remains in the account administration system and is not read or forwarded by payment integration. If Cashfree is activated with owner approval, checkout asks separately for a payment mobile number and explicit consent before sending that number and your email to Cashfree. That separate number is not saved in our payment-order table. Cashfree or PhonePe may collect payment details on their own hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your card PIN, CVV or UPI PIN.

रजिस्ट्रेशन मोबाइल नंबर account प्रशासन में रहता है; payment integration उसे नहीं पढ़ती या भेजती। Owner की अनुमति से Cashfree चालू होने पर checkout अलग भुगतान नंबर और स्पष्ट सहमति माँगता है। सहमति के बाद वही नंबर और ईमेल Cashfree को जाते हैं। अलग नंबर हमारी payment-order table में सेव नहीं होता। Gateway के पेज पर दी गई भुगतान जानकारी उसकी नीति के अनुसार संभाली जाती है। हम Card PIN, CVV या UPI PIN नहीं रखते।
